Critical alerts require special attention. This is why Insider offers an option to resend critical alerts notifications at a configurable interval until acknowledged. By acknowledging an alert you are are informing Insider that you have seen the alert and you need not be notified again. Only critical alert can be acknowledged.

To acknowledge a critical alert right-click on its pop-up window and select Acknowledge this alert. You can optionally acknowledge an alert for a period of time (after which Insider resumes raising the alert if its condition still holds), leave your name or comments with your acknowledgement.
